My Vision
Hello, and welcome! My name is Anthony Goldstein, but please call me Tony. As the son of two small business owners, I created my practice to help the doers, the makers, the creators, and the dreamers. Do you need help getting your dream off the ground? Or perhaps you’re looking to grow or protect an existing enterprise? Having grown up around small businesses, and worked for several more, I have seen, firsthand, the role they play in community development. By taking a preventative approach and seeking fair and equitable solutions, I can help you achieve your business goals with professionalism, integrity, and intentionality.
About My Practice
Effective counseling requires a holistic approach, whether representing a business or an individual. Business decisions and legal problems do not exist in a vacuum, with potentially unseen and far-reaching repercussions. The best decisions can only be made after considering the whole picture, including short and long-term risk, tax liability, regulatory compliance, compatibility with stated business goals, and more. Big businesses recognize the value in this approach and hire full-time in-house counsel, often entire teams. My goal is to provide small businesses with comprehensive legal services typically enjoyed by larger organizations.
I started law school on Zoom at the height of COVID-19. I called into court for hearings, I represented clients appearing remotely from prison, and I was admitted into the Massachusetts Bar in a remote ceremony. My legal career was built online, so why not my practice? Unbound by office space, conference rooms, or even time zones, my practice was designed from day one to exist naturally and comfortably online. Though licensed in Massachusetts, most of my services are available in most of the United States.
About Me
I'm a solo attorney. My product is me and my mind. Sure, there's a degree and a license, but also the wisdom and perspective gained by a life of chasing adventure, knowledge, and human connections. A military academy education and five years of active duty service in the Coast Guard started me on a path that would wind throughout the world. Nowadays, you'll find me splitting time between Mexico, Massachusetts, and Colorado with my wife Aimee, and our Australian Cattle Dog, Dunkin.
